Meet Erika

I spent 22 years inside a large law firm, rising from associate to partner, while holding leadership roles that revealed how decisions are actually made.

I was a hiring partner.
I chaired affinity and women’s initiatives.
I served on the firm’s diversity council.
And I led internal investigations into employment law violations by members of the firm itself.

At the same time, I represented Fortune 500 companies in every stage of the employment relationship, from recruiting and hiring to terminations, layoffs, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

That dual experience shaped everything I do now.

I understand what advances a legal career, and what quietly derails one.
